Cancellation Policy

The Science Camp – Terms & Conditions Updated and effective from 12 May 2025 The Science Camp is an educational business designed to provide children with an opportunity to explore science in a safe, engaging, and fun environment. By booking or registering your child for any activity provided by The Science Camp, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling - Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. - If The Science Camp cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather), a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. Holiday Camps - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a refund minus a €20 administrative fee. - No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before camp, unless a replacement participant is found. - Where possible, rescheduling to another date or week may be offered, subject to availability. General Cancellation Terms All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with childs details, event or school/club details via email to: info@thesciencecamp.nl Conduct & Supervision - All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. - Misconduct may result in removal from the program. This will be done in consultation with parents/guardians where possible. - Parents or guardians are responsible for supervision unless agreed otherwise for drop-off events. Liability - The Science Camp is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence. - Children participate at their own risk, and we ensure that all safety guidelines and equipment are provided.
