Positions
After-School Teachers
Our after-school instructors commit to teaching one or more afternoons a week for a period of 4 to 6 months at a time. Science and Coding classes run between 3:00 and 5:00 PM in schools in Amsterdam and Amstelveen, with each session lasting around 1.5 to 2 hours. All lessons are taught in English (Dutch is a bonus), and you’ll have a full curriculum, guidance, and ongoing support to help you feel confident in the classroom.
Consistency is important in these roles, children learn best when they see the same teacher each week and can build trust, routine, and momentum over the term.
Holiday Camps
Our holiday camps run for 5 days a week during school breaks in February, May, July/August, October, and December. Each day runs from 8:30 to 15:30 and includes hands-on science experiments, outdoor activities, teamwork, laughter, and plenty of chances for children to explore and make new friends.
We welcome both English-speaking and Dutch-speaking teachers, you don’t need to speak both languages, though it’s a bonus if you do. All camps take place in Amsterdam, there is a full curriculum, clear guidance, and loads of support.
Camps are staffed with multiple teachers on site, so you’ll always have others working alongside you.
Weekend Birthday Parties/Workshops
We host weekend birthday parties and run weekday workshops and programmes at our location on Kinkerstraat. These sessions are around 2 hours and are all about creating memorable, hands-on experiences that leave kids excited, curious, and talking about it for weeks.
We’re looking for teachers who can confidently lead activities in Dutch and English, and who genuinely enjoy working with children. A love of science and technology is essential, you’ll be the one making their birthday the best thing ever and helping them discover something new along the way. All activities come with curriculum, structure, and support to help you feel prepared and confident.
