Service Description
A party has a duration of 2 hours at our venue. In our party packages we provide the science teacher, all the experiments and materials, digital invitations and there will be time for presents and cake. - A small party has a max of 8 kids - A large party has a max of 12 kids - You are welcome to use our kitchen to warm up snacks or refrigerate a cake. - A coffee package allows you to use our coffee machine to serve coffee for extra parents (2 coffees for the birthday parents are complementary). - You can choose to add on party favors or extra time during booking.

Cancellation Policy
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling Birthday Parties Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus a €20 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If The Science Camp cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather), a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
